It was Monday morning and there was no line but it took 3hrs and 40 min to get my car done. Just for oil change and two tyre replacements.
Erin Tarosa handled the customer service perfectly, and the car is running smoothly. However, I noticed that the filter cover inside the car at the passenger side was not properly closed.

I needed a tire change and was told when my car was given back to me I wish i told when i was waiting insted of having to come back another date.
Went in for routine B7 maintenance and was tricked / scammed into $1.500 of unnecessary services in my vehicle. Your service techs needs to be paid a higher salary so they do not resort to theses con methods in order to make money. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a major vehicle manufacturer. It appears that Kia and Hyundai are currently better than Honda in terms of quality of product and customer service. Will never return to this Honda dealership again.
Diem was very helpful in helping me resolve my issue. Carlos Molina kept my car at Honda for 3 days, returned it to me and it was not in working condition. I received very bad customer service and was without a vehicle for 3 days.

I appreciate that when I told Hong that I had surgery and it was hard for me to stand for a long time, he went and found a chair for me. He also was kind enough to get the driver I requested because that person was also patient and helped me get into the van. Thank you!
Delayed responses and service attendant wasn’t available when I went to pick up car to help me understand the numbers involved with all the repairs (over $1,400)!

I found Vincent Reed to be an exceptional service advisor. Advocating for the future care of my vehicle. Vincent was extremely communicative and responsive. He make sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
For over one year my car has been showing messages on the screen (not the dashboard) that there is an issue with my brake system. The first time I brought it in I got several alarming messages not to drive the car and to take it to the dealer right away. I was told nothing was wrong with my car. I've been getting occasional messages, but ignored them because nothing seemed wrong wrong with the car.
Not too long ago my brake pedal depressed abruptly by itself causing myself and my daughter to jerk forward, but there were no cars anywhere in sight. At this point, this is a safety issue, so I bring the car in again to get checked because something isn't right. Again, I was told that there was nothing wrong with the car, but I need more than that explanation because the computer system has reported otherwise on multiple occasions. I try to get more information from Carlos, but he was very rude, dismissive and provided one of the worst customer service experiences to date. I dread coming to Honda of Oakland and I really can't wait to trade this car in so I never have to come to a Honda dealership again.

Charging me 220$ for a diagnostic when I already had read all the codes and came up there with the codes knowing what’s wrong is some ****..
