After taking my car in for a A129 service, I now have a hydrogen leak and the service department said that if it’s their fault then they would pay for a car while they look to fix it. And tell me… how could a customer cause a hydrogen leak in a fuel cell car. So I came home with no car for a holiday weekend. Supposedly the place where they have a contract has no cars because of the holiday. Now I am without a car for God knows how long. And again, Honda will reimburse me for rental car expenses while my car is in the shop IF this is something that they have caused. SMH.

We were frustrated that it would take 3-4 hours to do the software update (in the recall letter, it is a 15 minute job). Hong sent a shuttle at 4 PM and explained that only 2 of the 5 updates completed and the 3rd one would not even load. He told us to bring the car back early next morning and he would take care of it with the Honda technical support connected to the car. The work was completed around noon and we picked up the car. Hong was courteous and patient to answer our questions.

Thanks for Efficient, courteous service. Only one complaint: disappointed that you no longer wash cars as part of the service. That was such a nice perk. Otherwise, happy to be back.

The service agent was great, but the additional service I was told is needed is WAY overpriced. It would make sense to make the additional services recommended to not be overpriced so that customers would want to purchase it.
