My Vehicle was not properly diagnosed. Honda of Oakland tried to charge me for repairs that were not necessary and very expensive. They quoted me a price of $3000+ for services that I thought were minor. I will never bring my car there again.

Victor is a very kind, caring person . Kept me in the loop at every stage while my car was being serviced. Answered all of my questions and allowed me time to talk out loud all the options. Im very satisfied with the care received

Too many disappointments to list here. I’ve had my Car serviced with you since the day I bought it, you can see by my records. You won’t ever see me again, I’m going back to my previous Mechanic. I’m disgusted by the incompetence of the staff and run around I got. Diane C

Had an appointment for 9am. Was promised car by 10am. Didn’t get car until 5pm. Couldn’t pay with credit card without bogus fees. Was overcharged ($260) for “inspection” when we brought in for a known problem. Will not be returning.

Provided a ridiculously high quote for spark plugs, valve, and oil change. $3586 Taking my car to a mechanic a few blocks away for a fraction of the cost.
