My Vehicle was not properly diagnosed. Honda of Oakland tried to charge me for repairs that were not necessary and very expensive. They quoted me a price of $3000+ for services that I thought were minor. I will never bring my car there again.

Victor was an amazing specialist, he was upfront and honest. He helped me get my car serviced and let me know what was important for me to service my car. 5 stars for Victor, best customer service I ever received since coming to Honda Oakland for many years.
Had an appointment for 9am. Was promised car by 10am. Didn’t get car until 5pm. Couldn’t pay with credit card without bogus fees. Was overcharged ($260) for “inspection” when we brought in for a known problem. Will not be returning.
Christina Fong is excellent service advisor. We have dealt with her many times. She’s always make sure that my car is taken care of and it is to the right person to be service. I will use her anytime and I would recommend her as well.
