I didn’t realize you had to text to get any information from the service department. I called 3 to 4 times and they either didn’t answer or didn’t respond voice messages.
The service advisors are wonderful. The issue I have with the Honda store is the negligence of providing satisfactory service. When a customer takes their vehicle in for a full diagnostic or service inquiry, that means the customer wants to know everything that needs to be repaired at 1 time so customers are adequately prepared for the cost. It’s difficult to believe that something different is wrong with someone’s vehicle every three months when it’s simply only being used as a 25 mile 2 way commute.
I should have said yes to the appraisal if my Honda. Tommy was great. Answered all my questions, gave me a good sense of what to expect, called when he said he would, followed up with my concerns and completed the job as promised.

Tommy was great. I did not feel rushed or pressured into any maintenance I didn’t want, took the time to answer my questions, and I witnessed him being extremely patient with an older customer. Tommy makes me want to come back to this location!
Chris goes Beyond his obligatory duties at Honda of Oakland he's a amazing employee& human being the sales industry would be a better factor in the economy with more people of his caliber of service.
Carlos did a great job and so far have been satisfied with the work that has been done on the vehicle.

Carlos wasn’t a nice guy until I talked to Christina then he changed his whole self. I will not have him as an advisor. My advisor normally be Christopher now his the man. Very professional with his client and he was off when my car came in so he was the person to take care of me at the end. Christopher is the advisor I normally asked for so for now on that who I will deal with for now on. Christina Fong she’s a great and professional service manager I have no problem with her she takes care of business. I will always ask for my advisor Christopher for now on. Thanks for asking. Carlos need to remember he have to be more professional when he’s working with clients that comes through Honda service department.
