Mr. Fisher was polite and a great communicator.
Beyond satisfied. Diem’s customer service is impressive. His communication skills are superlative. He kept me apprised of the repair job every step along the way. I travel quite a distance to do business with Oakland Honda, and Diem, and the service manager Allen, are two reasons why.
When I came to get my car serviced I was on crutches and I was never offered any accommodations due to my limited mobility. I order a Lyft home and waited outside for my Lyft to come. When I was in the cashiers office I saw that Honda offers complimentary rides to customers getting their car serviced. Vincent failed to share that information with me. I was offended that Vincent didn’t have the decency or the customer service to offer a service that Honda offers. The other customers in the cashiers office were more courteous and helpful towards me than any employee at Honda was. If I wasn't visibly injured I wouldn’t be as insulted. That alone ruined my entire experience at this location

Not great customer service or experience.
Not a lot of communication, rep didn’t reply back to message or answer calls, or even come over to the cashiers office when called over on radio. I had to walk over to her, only to see her on her celcellphone.
Overall I’m satisfied with the service itself, but wish the process could’ve been smoother and more professional
