I am very dissatisfied with my service at this Honda. They are consistently dishonest and unhelpful. I feel frustrated that when I come I am not heard, and staff often overcharges for service, and they often find random things to add on. I'm very sad that I cannot get my Honda repaired at an actual Honda shop. There is a reason this Honda has a negative reputation in our community.

I was disappointed that while I made the appointment for handling a recall notice, I wasn’t informed that the part wasn’t in at your location until after I had dropped off the vehicle

On 10.19.23 I went for a oil change to Honda of Oakland because my fiancé recommended this place because of the costumer service, he owns a Honda car, I have a Toyota but I didn’t think it was going to be a problem, when the technician helping me came to my car, gave me this weird look and ask me why I didn’t took the car to a Toyota dealership I said because my fiancé recommended this place but make me very uncomfortable, I think it shouldn’t matter if I have a Honda or not but this is the last time I’m going to bring my car there.
Vincent was very professional, very polite and help me understand the warrantees that cover my vehicle. He truly help me out to understand it because last time I was there I was made fun of and they laughed at me but it’s OK. I am new to it the last time I had purchased a car was in 2008 so I totally understand that. But Vincent was very kind and I hope the next time when I do have to bring my vehicle in Vince, it will be there to take care of me again.
