Work was done timely and all the service people were very helpful. Getting charged a fee for using a credit card however, was very upsetting. You are a large business, charging full prices for your services. A fee on cards is inappropriate.
Diem -the service representative told me I had a bad brake job, but would not give me any information as to what was wrong with the brakes via objective measures or tests nor would he give me specs on the appropriate parts that he said were wrong. I had to go confront the person who put my brakes on with zero information, which I directly requested in writing and verbally. I was told my brakes were dangerous and now I am afraid something could be wrong with my car and that fear was used to upsell me on my service. I called the Service Manager and got no response. I feel like this is not how a valued customer should be treated. I bought my car from this dealership and have all work done there until I moved and had a brake job at a location that was more convenient to me. It’s despicable to use fear to upsell customers.

I came in for the second time in 1 week regarding my tire pressure. Both times the representative told me my tires are fine and just needed air. Now, for the third time, my tire pressure sensor is going off and I JUST want to know what's wrong with my tire sensor
I do wish you guys could have diagnosed the weird sound without requiring a $260 charge. But Darius was very professional and friendly, and I appreciate the shuttle service!
