Very unhappy to be charged $2,000 for a battery change and 30K miles service that wasn’t really necessary since our Honda it at 23K miles.

I was recommended a costly service that I did not need. I cancelled before getting it.

Hong was conscientious and organized. He explained the work that needed to be done in a clear way and answered my questions.
Technician put 5 quarts in a 1.5 liter engine that requires less than 4 quarts according to the manufacturer book. I questioned the amount of oil and the service advisor argued. I then had to lookup the correct amount, come back to the service advisor and get a refund on the extra oil and have the technician drain some oil out of the engine. All of this took extra time, I had to argue for this, and there was no apology.
Victor was extremely courteous and positive, and gave me complete information on the status of my vehicle and any unanticipated issues. Hope to have Victor as my advisor again.
Omar was extraordinarily helpful. He looked into options for repair that I didn’t even know existed, and took the timeout to make a financially painful and overall stressful situation more pleasant. I appreciate his transparency and his efforts in helping me solve my car troubles.
