As always, I end up waiting for 3-4 hours just for simple maintenance. I literally scheduled an appointment (emphasis on scheduled) for 7am. The person who scheduled me said it would take 30-90 minutes. They didn't finish until after 10am. It was my last free oil change, etc. I will most likely find someplace else to go.

When we called to make a service appointment for our 1st maintenance on our 2025 CRV, the Honda rep told us that we would get the first 2 services complimentary. But then when we brought the car in to Honda, the service tech told us that only the first, and not the second, service would be free. The tech also said that some of the items on the scheduled maintenance would incur a charge. Super confusing and seems dishonest to first tell us the service is complimentary but then charge for some parts of what was supposed to be included. Super disappointed. I’m Japanese and take pride in Japanese brands like Honda but the service here feels dishonest.
