All the stuff and employees there good but the service price is very high I asked 3 concern all about the electric but I was not intension every one bay $260 and the total $780 I believe that is to much for cheap thanks

I had questions about the cost of services at the time of car pick up that were challenging to answer. I also have not heard back when I reached out with an additional question. I dropped my car off at 7:30 AM and got a text that it was available for pick up at 12:30 PM and yet I was charged for 5.5 hours of labor. I also asked for a list of the parts that were replaced because I didn’t understand their descriptions of the parts on the invoice that I received. I have not received that.

The service before this last with Carlos, I found out when at Tahoe when the car died, that the mechanics at Cardinale had not tightened the cable to the battery terminal. The service manager never returned my detailed message to discuss. Another time several weeks ago I called and left detailed messages for both an intake person and the service manager and never received back a callback. The quality of service has declined since Cardinale took over. Time to start shopping for alternatives.

It took longer (over 3 hours) than what I was told (2 - 2 1/2 hours). I was told I wouldn’t be charged for something, but I was. Otherwise, fine.
