The Advisors Tommy Jung & Carlos dismissed my calls. No one followed up to inform me about the status of my vehicle. Tommy left me stranded at my work place. At 5:50 p.m no status regarding my vehicle and the service department is scheduled to close at 6:00 p.m. Total disregard of my time and safety.
I recently purchased the 90K package (timing belt, water pump etc) that was close to $4K. I believed I addressed all major service repairs at that time.
The Honda Oakland Service Advisors failed me by not disclosing information regarding all repairs needed for my vehicle.
I can provide additional incidents if needed. No women, person should have the experience I‘ve received at a certified service department.

Tommy is excellent. And I generally don’t answer surveys but I am for Tommy.
Darius was excellent! He answered all questions and was prompt and respectful.
I do have one small issue and that’s the fee for using credit cards. I feel with such a large bill it can become excessive to have to pay an additional fee.
Disappointing that the extended warranty purchased with the vehicle did not apply; it has not covered anything to date. The entire service was fairly expensive.. .

Carlos answered my questions as they arose, not being a mechanic, to my limited degree of understanding. Thru the process, customers don't know what they don't know. I retain confidence in Honda to continue to provide value for my money proactively keeping my car's maintenance on schedule.

I was very happy with the service I received today! I went in expecting to be surprised by the overall balance for everything that needed to be done, but Tommy listened to my request to divide the services so I can go in at a later date so the services are more manageable. I’m be taking my car in the next 2 weeks to complete the services that were due today. Overall, I had a good experience.

This is not a reflection of the associate Tommy who helped me but more so the time it takes to do an Oil change. I made an appointment for 7:30am I was there at 7:05 I was the 3rd car in line. I did not get my truck till almost 11:00 am! I’ve gone before at 7:00 am without and appointment and have been in and out in less than 2 hours. Everyone in the waiting room was upset and frustrated with the time it took. That aspect of customer service needs to be addressed. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
