Hong was great. My dissatisfaction has nothing to do with the people that work there . I just don’t like that since new ownership has taken over the place is run differently. The 2.35% charge for credit card is ridiculous. You do not work with the extended insurance company i got when I purchased the car. A lot of little things have made me go elsewhere. I only came to Oakland as I thought the tires had some sort of warranty as that was what el cerrito honda had told me. It turns out that Oakland does not agree with this

Disrespectful, dishonest, impatient customer service. This visit may be my last visit to Honda of Oakland. Very stressful, disappointing experience.
