I appreciate the personal service I received. The mechanic determined that my vehicle did not need alignment service, so my bill was lower than anticipated which was very helpful. Unexpected follow-up tire service was fast and efficient, as well.

I was not satisfied with my experience overall except for the help I received from Christina. I wasn’t able to connect with the shop until Christina noticed that no one had been in contact with me and she reached out. I don’t know this person’s name but the person who answers phone calls was not helpful and kind of rude. She transferred me to Tony’s office when he was not working and my call would drop without me talking to anyone about my car. I called and explained this person the situation and she said “so?” And didn’t offer any help. This went on for couple of days and a dead-end calls until Christina contacted me. By the way when Tony was back, he did fix my car and it seems to be working fine. After I was told my car was ready I called to ask if my partner could pick up the car and the same person from earlier said “yeah, it’s fine” and hung up on me without taking down my information. When my partner went to get my car she was rude to her too and acted like I never called to inform her of the situation. I work in customer service and I get the struggles but like c’mon. That being said please do not fire this person based on my experience. We do not wish to jeopardize anyone’s livelihood.
