I do not blame Tommy or Hong, whom I mainly worked with, but I had a very disappointing set of experiences. My vehicle has been in three times already in 2024 and I spent considerably more than I believe I should have (mostly on work that did not address the issue I’d come in for). I would welcome a call to discuss.

Great communication, kept me updated frequently - much appreciated. Finally offered up front a 15% discount on labor and parts - loved not having to ask. Felt like Darius was not knowledgeable enough on the issue with my vehicle and couldnt tell me what the issue was in a way that allowed me to properly understand. Felt like it was a chance for him to rack up a whole bunch of services of my vehilce and while i understand that is the job i only allow honda of Oakland to work on my cars and thats because of the amazing quality and care i am accustomed to recieving ane i do not feel lile Darius provided that at all.

I feel very happy every time I go to the service center. Tommy received me warmly and explained in detail, which was very professional.
For some reason the person I turned my car over to thought I was my grandson Jon and entered every thing in his name rather than mine even though I told him who I was and signed the paperwork with my name. I corrected him regarding my phone number so that I later got the call when my car was ready to be picked up. Each phone message was addressed to him on my phone and when I picked up the car the paperwork was under his name not mine. As I have been a long time customer with you it was disappointed to see they didn’t correct anything to me even though I had taken my car in for service in October.
Appreciate the attention to detail, hard work, and quick turn around time— you all are champs! Thank you Diem specifically, and to the whole team in general!
Hong Nong was extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole process.
Erin was wonderful! She explained all the options that had to bring my car in compliance. She immediately got on the phone and tried to find the parts needed fo repair my car. She had an employee drive me home and later pick me up to pick up my car. The entire staff were great.
Tommy was great. Good communication, professional, and very kind. Really good customer service.
