I was told the diagnosis fee would be charged then if there was an issue the expense would go towards the cost if the repair. That didn’t happen. The RO notes were incomplete. And when I came to pick up my car I was charged over $100 more than the invoice, and I had to point it out to the cashier who then voided the payment and apologized and processed the right payment. There was also an extra charge on my invoice for a price that was broken by the tech and had to be replaced. I pointed that out as well and the tech said it was a mistake and should not have been charged to me so they took it off the invoice. If I hadn’t caught those two issues, I would have been overcharged. I also don’t believe one of my repairs was necessary. In the future I will take my business to Honda of San Leandro.

Erin (I think that was her name) did a great job for what I assume is expected of her. The newer cars don’t require as much service as older ones. It would be great if you could educate the reps about what is truly necessary so they don’t assume people are going to want more than what is needed. It makes customers feel like you are trying to rip them off. (At least that is how it makes me feel.)
The coupon I selected when booking the appointment was not applied.
When I booked online, I got a pop up offering an appraisal. I figured it wouldn’t require any extra effort in my part but that was not the case. It would be good to make it clear that signing up for an appraisal will mean extra emails, a phone call and extra time spent at the dealership to discuss.

Tommy Jung was excellent. He explained in appropriate detail the services that would be provided and the related costs. He apprised me of the status of my vehicle during the day. He was alway polite and professional and a great pleasure to work with. I am not able to say that I am completely satisfied with the service because the effort to fix the propblem with my A/C does not appear to be fully successful. I would like to continue Tommy’s services to resolve the problem.
1) why would you book nine service appointments at 7 AM and have one service advisor working? 2). I was told my job would take 3 hours, and it took nearly 11. I spent nearly $100 on Ubers because I didn’t have my car when I expected it. 3).The tire rotation that I requested and paid for was not performed, so I had to come back the next day, which wasted another hour of my time.

I was ALMOST completely satisfied. Darius Fisher is AWESOME! And the service was completed quickly. The only reason I wasn't "completely" satisfied is that I wanted the indoor light checked on my car - it doesn't come on when the doors are opened. I was told it was fixed, but it still doesn't work. I would love to see it work someday.
