The service writer quoted me over 700 for a B1 service, oil change and tire rotation. I ended up paying 98. Then when I went to leave there was as black rubber mark on the rear passenger side fender door and fender and a small scrapes that had removed paint in 2 places. There were NO funds, scraps or marks on my car. I had just had it washed the day before and it looked shiney, me and perfect!

The shuttle service took forever to come and pick me up from my house to take me to pick up the car. I was told he would be here in 20 minutes to a half hour, but he didn’t show up for about an hour and a half. Also, I think it should be posted somewhere that drivers expect tips. I didn’t tip the person who took me home, but I figured it out and tipped the guy who took me back to the dealership.
Other than that, the work done on the car was completed in record time and I appreciate that! Also, Taz was very friendly and professional.
John provides 5-star service every time I bring in my Civic. He is honest and a top-notch professional. He is an asset to Honda of Oakland.
I had a great experience with John, he went above and beyond. He explained in detail what my vehicle needed, kept me updated through out the process and arranged a shuttle to and from my destination. He even arranged for my car to be washed and vacuumed. It was truly a great experience will definitely recommend Honda of Oakland for any services.

Been coming here for around 10 years and this is the first time I've had this experience.
When I picked up car Taz said they were waiting on parts that were ordered. You close at 5pm.
I needed the car for work that night super bowl weekend, and thought I could get fixed at dealership for sure.
Communication is everything,
Also was told that I would get a list of my diagnostic texted to me, nothing.
After I already picked unrepaired car i get a text we are finalizing your service and will give you a call when your vehicle is ready to come home.
So now I have to take off work Monday and try to have my car repaired.
