My name is Markshaun and I met Diem for service. I have been going to Honda of el cerrito for the past 10 years. Diem has changed my entire experience. I will only go to Oakland Honda moving forward. Frankly, Honda cannot produce a more knowledgeable and personable employee. He leaves the power in the customers hands while simultaneously guiding them into a blissful mechanical experience. He better be there when I go back!!!

Darius was friendly and very welcoming! I let him know this is our one car and I needed to pick my kid up from school at a certain time and he made sure my car was serviced in a timely fashion. Great personality and very professional! Will definitely be coming back and hope to get more assistance from Darius in the future!

Diem has been amazing. From the beginning, when we knew nothing about what was going on with our car, he was knowledgable and honest. He has helped us with the daunting task of navigating our insurance company and has been in constant communication with the whole process. I am grateful that we had Diem helping us!
Carlos misquoted me on the service by hundreds of dollars. When picking up my car, I asked for an explanation for the labor cost of the service. The cashier connected me with Tommy who proactively reached out to the manager to correct the mistake and facilitated the refund. Tommy was very helpful and I want to make sure Tommy is recognized for that. But the experience did leave me questioning the consistency of service integrity customers get from Oakland Honda.
