Tommy and the service Honda provided were excellent. My only issue is with the dealership’s policy to add 3% to credit card charges (which I think is not legal) and to not accept checks. Most care repairs are at least several hundred dollars. It is outrageous to expect that your customers carry around that kind of cash or have a punitive 3% credit card charge levied on them. Because of this I would not return to Honda of Oakland for service in the future.
