They weren't able to replicate the issue. The did find however I needed a new battery thinking that was the issue. Unfortunately it didn't fix my issue since I'm still experiencing my issues. I would like to bring my vehicle in without being charged since Honda hadn't fixed my issue but ended up charging me.

My whole family used to buy and take our cars to Honda Oakland but we will be finding service elsewhere—the new management is constantly trying to upsell and the experience feels very negative.

Never had tirr pressure low warning until 3 mins after leaving service department and tire pressure was at 25psi

He mansplained everything to me. He practically rolled his eyes when I said anything. He was annoyed that I got there at 4 pm when I had called ahead and told I could have my oil change if I got there by then. Three times he tried to upsell me. Told me I needed hundreds of dollars worth of service. I said just oil change and fix front license plate which was becoming detached. It was missing a screw. One screw. First he said they needed to remove the whole bumper to do it. Ridiculous. Then charged me $30!! $30 to put in a screw. Could have done it for $5 or for free. Kept telling me not to go anywhere I kept saying I’d be in the waiting room. Came to get me and said we are closed already let’s go. I felt as though I was really putting him out to be there and get a simple oil change. Worst attitude from any service person ever at your dealership. Does not make me want to come back.
