Darius was excellent with great customer service and communication. Just wish the service was a little more speedy. Took over 4 hours just for an oil change/tire rotation/air filters and break fluid exchange. They didn’t seem very busy, would have been more understandable if they were.

I feel that I got excellent service. I was initially told it would be a little longer than I expected to pick my vehicle up because of the work that had to be performed on my vehicle however, it was sooner than what I thought I received a text message stating that my vehicle was ready well before the time I expected so for that, I had a very positive experience and Hong was very kind.

All four of my tires are less than 2 years old. I was towed to this dealership due to two blown tires. I was charged for 1 tire and Warranty on the other one. I have a receipt showing that my two rear tires were replaced in September 2023.
Hi there. Carlos took my car in today because my car has been shaking at idle. I wanted the shaking at idle to be diagnosed. The paperwork says that it was due to my glove box, and having too many materials in my glove box. I have removed all the items from my glove box but, unfortunately, the car is still shaking. I wanted to contact Honda Oakland because I brought the car in to receive a diagnostic for the car shaking at idle, and the diagnostic recommendation does not address or alleviate the issue. I'm coming in this morning to meet with Mr Havneraas personally. The rear wheels installed on my car with new tires I authorized to be replaced on Thursday afternoon are not mine. It appears that there was some mixup with another vehicle.
The communication between customer and service dept needs improvement, BUT once I was able to communicate by text, the service provided was excellent. Initially when I called multiple times I kept getting transferred to voice mails and it took 2 hours to get a call back, that was very stressful
