I’ve been a loyal Honda customer since 2012 bringing my car in for service. I would have liked to have more transparency with my services. Once this service is done I would have spent around $7k. Please take that into consideration as we think about trade in value. Thanks!

Everything Darius did was excellent and at the standard I expect when coming to a Honda dealership. He offered me transparent advice, explained difference between maint services vs necessary services and directly addressed the primary concern I had for bringing in my car for a service. Unfortunately whoever was in the cashiers office was visibly annoyed by my delayed end of day payment. I don’t blame them for my lack of preparation but it did affect how I felt overall about the service I received. I incorrectly read the sign that says surcharge on credit card, as surcharge on any card so I detoured to get cash before returning to the service center for payment and pick up. My car was not ready till end of day so as I rushed to make accommodations for cash payment, I didn’t have a large window before closing which again is no one’s fault. But some patience or grace would have been appreciated. my service was over 1000 dollars and that qualified me for 15% off my service which is not insignificant. That is my only issue w the service overall, which I understand is not directly Darius’ responsibility or fault but I felt it needed to be shared.

Victor was absolutely amazing! In the past I have had negative experiences with Honda Oakland and was hesitant to return to have my car serviced, but Victor changed my mind! He was honest, attentive and quick! He took great care to answer all questions, explain exactly what I needed and provide whatever help he could! 5 stars, I will definitely be returning!
Chris Abernathy has excellent customer service skills. He is very patient with me explaining the work that needed maintenance. I ask him to repeat the information and he was always very well mannered .He called me as soon my
car was ready. This is the second time he assisted me for maintenance in my 2022 civic Honda. I hope he stays there for a long time. He has all the qualities of an excellent employee. I hope his supervisor recognizes his hard work by giving Chris a salary increase
and promoting him when there is an opportunity.

Victor was very helpful. Respectful and I liked that advice was given on parts that were worn but didn’t need to be replaced yet vs immediately advising replacement.
