John Jeffries was the most helpful Honda staff member that I Have delt with during the 9 years that we have had multiple Honda cars. Everything was listed and itemized and he updated me about suggested adjustments that seemed reasonable related to my 100,000 mile inspection. It would be a joy to work with him again- thank you!

Darius is great- so much better than my previous experience at Honda service. But I have to go back next week as there is something wrong with my AC which is not producing cold air.

Ever since I bought my Honda from HONDA OF OAKLAND, I have had all my servicing done at that location. Today added on my reasons for bringing my "Duchess" back everytime. John Jeffries was courteous, professional and very helpful. I was very happy with the service.
Paying 90$ for an oil change and didnt get a car wash, before i would come here get a discount to 50$ oil change car wash (about 5years ago) now oil change no discount and no car wash. I can go any place else, why come back here?

The price for the 30,000 mile service was outrageous. I’m extremely disappointed in how expensive it has been to keep up my car at Honda of Oakland. I’m also very upset that the 30,000 was recommended when my car came in with only 28,000 miles on it. If I would’ve know my car wasn’t even at 30,000 miles, I would have never agreed to the service. And I can’t believe it is over $2,000 for a 30,000 mile service. Completely unacceptable.
John was the best service agent I've had at Honda: kind and courteous, appropriate amount of clear communication, and accurate in his time and cost estimates.
I was so pleased that I lodged a compliment with his supervisor before I checked out with my car. I'll request him in the future.
Consider giving him a raise!
Hong is probably great, so nothing negative about him. I'm not happy with the Service Department in general. I've voiced my opinions several times, and it was suggested I come in person. I'm only responding to your survey. I look forward to hearing from you.
