Taz was phenomenal and my service was quick. I wasn’t expecting anything special but Taz’s charisma & communication while I was getting my car serviced very early in the morning really set me up for a successful visit.
No one called me when my car was ready. I got a text shortly before 2 pm saying it was almost ready. When I hadn’t heard anything by 5, I called you and learned that the car was ready. It would have been nice to receive a call as soon as the car was ready, as promised.
