I was very upset upon coming into the facility that day. However speaking with Diem and him actually actively listening to the issue I was having I was in good hands. So not only did he resolve the issue but he was considerate and professional in dealing with me I appreciate his customer service as welll has his ability to make others feel heard. Thank you Diem , you kept me from looking for another Honda dealer to call home.

I was super impressed with the service I received. John is most polite and courteous. He gave me a fairly honest estimate of the time it would take to check my vehicle. He and the service team even brought to my attention some areas that need service that other dealerships had overlooked. Thank you!

Victor is an amazing advisor to have at Honda Oakland. He is super thorough and honest. He has the best interest for you and you car. Coming from someone who doesn’t know much about cars, he explained everything of what I needed in a list on what to prioritize first to least in the best way possible for me to understand and helped me save some money while at it. He is so respectful and overall a great trustworthy person to work with. I appreciate all the help and would recommend him for your next visit to Honda service center!

Tommy is very good as he listens carefully and is quickly able to read what was done on past services and advise on what is needed. He takes time and I never feel rushed when I am working with him. You have an excellent staff! Thank you!

Service advisor was great, car runs like new. Issue is primarily price. I subsequently checked cost for 30k mile service with other Honda dealers and cost was $400 less (Concord Honda). How is that possible? I will look elsewhere when my next major service is due. Also, I got a regular service on my Toyota and the car came back washed. A little gesture makes a big difference in customer satisfaction.
