I was satisfied with Mr Hong Nong. But the answer completely satisfied is definitely no. I had signed up for what you called express service and arrived promptly at 9:30. What do you Express if it took over 2 hours of me waiting. And then to add insult to injury they told me my car was ready and I had to stand on the street like a fool and wait for 15 to 20 minutes after I paid. If this is express service I fear what the regular service would be next time I'll have to pitch a tent if I ever come back again And then to add insult to injury he told me my car was ready and I had to stand on the street like an idiot for a 15 to 20 minutes to wait for the car to come down. So no I was not completely satisfied.

I don’t think it was reasonable to get charged for a $110 multipoint inspection that my new car did not need when all that needed to be done was to check the issue I brought the vehicle in for.

Paperwok was "lost" and had to be reprinted at pickup. Never happened before(after 25 years!)
In addition to the maintenance service, I showed John my driver door trim/mold which had been damaged. John looked at it and said they’d take care of it. Apparently somebody tried to open my car with a slim jack, he said. When I picked up my car, I noticed nothing had been done. That was very disappointing.
