It was excellent customer service!
I picked up my car after Honda held it for more than 24 hours and as I was driving the supplement restraint system problem came back on, I was charged $220 and had my car for a day just to have the same problem that I didn’t cause come back less than 2 hours of receiving my car back.

Taz was super helpful and explained everything about the process. I was really happy with how fast everything was and friendly everyone is.
I had an appointment at 11 today. I sat in my car until 11:40. Everyone around me was tended to, expect me. The person who helped me said they assumed I was being helped already. I waited for almost 3 hours for just an oil change. I had to go into the office to ask about the status of my car so I wasn’t late for work. The guy who helped me said he lost track of time. This is the first time I have had bad service here in Oakland. I hope that if I do return, this doesn’t happen again. Also, the recommendations were not explained to me so I am not sure what is needed next.

Tommy is very helpful and has wonderful customer service skill. We are still working on my issue, he is reaching out to Honda on my behalf to request goodwill assistance. The car should be be having the issue it is having with the mileage that it has.

Technically great service, but the driver makes wait outside for long time to pick me up that have me ask my friend to take me to the Honda dealer to pick up my car
