John was very nice. Had wonderful customer service. He made sure he checked in with me throughout the process and he made sure I got my car back before work.
John Jeffries & the rest of the team was amazing. I was dreading coming in during work (it’s really my only time) to take care of it, but everyone made it SUPER EXTRA EASYYYYYY. The free shuttle back to my work (what?!) and then later on picking me up to bring me back to the service center made it 100% less stressful for me. My 2 shuttle drivers was just great. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the 2 gentlemen’s names. Thank you to John & everyone else. Also, I’m extremely happy with the premium car wash. Sorry my car was filthy. Much needed!!
