Some **** tech tried to upsell my wife from $90 to $3500 with a cleaning package. Will never be coming back. Extremely untrustworthy. Saw the work order and the person who ordered it should be ashamed of themselves. Honestly shocked anyone you be so underhanded and unscrupulous. Completely unacceptable and untrustworthy. Take your vehicle elsewhere. They OBLY care about trying to rip off those who don’t know better. Shameless predators.
Taz was great. The news I got wasn't. 5K to fix AC that should have been fixed in earlier service. Not her fault. She was professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

John Jeffries was amazing. He was thorough, communicated clearly and was very helpful. I had actually taken my car outside of Honda even though I knew it was partially under warranty because of my dissatisfaction with another location. The owner urged me to take it to oakland Honda due to the issues and said he knew John and he was a good mechanic. Im so glad I listened. I will be returning. Thank you John!

Quality of service from John was a 10 out of 5. He was kind and communicative and answered every question I had. When I picked up my vehicle he gave me great advice for continuing to take good care of my Honda HR-V. I was surprised and delighted with how smooth and easy my experience was.
