Service was excellent and done on time thank you very much
It’s unfortunate that when I got home, I discovered the entire tint had been removed from the small driver-side window. I was told that only about a quarter inch of tint on the larger window had been scratched, which was noticeable. While I understand Honda will cover the cost, it would have been helpful to receive the full explanation upfront.

I had scheduled an appointment at 1100.
I stayed in the area, without being verbalized a “promised by” time. Assuming that I would be out within a reasonable time. I was given my car back nearly 6 hours later. This was for an oil change only, as I was told upfront that they would not be rotating my tires because “they look worn out”. When I asked why, they stated “it’s against our policy because if anything were to happen to you then we would be held liable”. So, even without the standard tire rotation, I waited almost 6 hours near the area and for a routine scheduled oil change.
Tommy went above and beyond with what he had control over. I left very satisfied. Thank you Tommy!!!

The issue that I have is that my car had to be worked on due to negligence on the side of the folks that actually worked on my car! I feel that because of people working quickly and not paying attention this is where the problem comes in, plus the fact that it was the workers fault that I had these major issues and Honda of Oakland doesn’t even offer a loaner car when it’s negligence on their part this is very unfair in my opinion! There is to much to leave in this review. Again John Jeffries is a superb worker in the service rexieveing department so no shade on him from this review!!

Victor is literally the best. He works so **** hard and doesn’t complain. He goes really fast - multitasking while having the best, kind, most positive attitude. He literally put me in a good mood by connecting with me about dogs and his lil family after I was so cranky having a **** shift at work. Thank you Victor for your kind soul and wonderful spirit, it doesn’t go unnoticed. To Victor’s boss - please consider giving him a big **** raise (like a raise that’s as big as his heart, okay?) and extra PTO too. That’s where I want my money going! If I could tip I would.
Also shout out Jose for fixing my key and making it beautiful even though the machine wasn’t working.
John was helpful, personable and explained everything in detail
John was an incredible person to work with. I deeply appreciate not only his know how but also his demeanor and his communication. If it were up to me, I would give this guy a promotion or a raise.
Very unhappy to be charged $2,000 for a battery change and 30K miles service that wasn’t really necessary since our Honda it at 23K miles.
The full price wasn’t disclosed until the end (the quote was about half).
