You are nothing but a gang of thieves in my opinion. I brought my car in for repairs but I was told that it didn’t need to be repaired. Nonetheless I was billed almost $500. Outrageous.
Taz handled herself in a very professional manner, very friendly and certainly was specific in answering my questions being fully aware of of what she was doing. I was very impressed.
Excellent customer service
Way too expensive. I have been a loyal customer, bought 2 cars there and always brought it there for service but this was over the top. Mr Hong got me a little discount but hardly noticeable. I will be looking for other places to service my car.
Excellent customer service!
1. Pricing is out of control.
2. I wanted to get my tires changed and they discovered after they pulled the tires off that they did not have the tires. I think I may have been charged some labor for there doing that, which probably should not have been(not certain about that though).
3. The quote of nearly $6K seems high for fixing an oil leak, but will validate that for myself with an outside mechanic. Nearly $5K after the so called discount. This is after paying nearly $4K on a major service which also seems excessive. Ironically, the strategy of gauging the customer for as much as you can get means that you may get the initial business, but I will most certainly be looking elsewhere going forward, particularly for a 10 year old car.
