Tony is amazing! He is very personable and took a lot of time explaining everything to me and kept me updated throughout the day. My car however was returned to me with crumbs and wrappers on my seat and floor and the seat was all the way back as if someone took a nap. It also had a funky smell! Gross!

Next time you all forget to bolt the skid plate to someone’s car just fix it. I waited 3 hours for someone to put two bolts in my car. Then when I finally got up to ask what was going on, I was gaslit and lied to about the cause of the problem. Unbeknownst to your staff, I actually have a lot of experience working on cars and was raised by car mechanics. I know that it’s a common mistake to forget so I was not rude (Even though I paid these people $568) until they tried to charge me. Hong Nong ended up fixing it for free but still tried to blame the unattached skid plate on me. Rather than list of a long laundry lists of why your employee was wrong, I just decided to leave but know I won’t ever be coming back.

The assessment, service and transport to and from your shop was superb. thank you. The communication with staff the day I was to pick up the car was subpar. I called three times and each time they said they would page Omar and he could call back but Omar did not work on Friday so he never called back and I had a difficult time getting a shuttle arranged to come get the car. Your staff should know who is working and who is not. Also anyone could have arranged the shuttle when I first called. This was frustrating

The entire service team was great. I needed to reschedule my appointment and they were very accommodating. I can’t remember the first two team members names who I spoke with on the phone but Victor was the person who helped me when I arrived. He also called to let me know my car was ready, gave me updates without pressuring me to schedule recommended services, and answered the many questions I had. Great service team!

I have know problem with my advisor he’s a great manner person. John has been excellent in my book. He’s very professional.
