Shout out to John Jeffries! He is my go to service manager at Honda Oakland. He is professional knowledgeable and trustworthy. He takes the time to go over what needs to be done and then explains why. He even opens up the hood and brings out his flashlight to show me why the part has to be replaced. I mean, who even does that?! Honda Oakland is the only place I will take my 2016 Honda Fit to be serviced and I will always ask for John Jeffries!
