Omar was professional but when I entered the room where the service people are, an Asian Honda service man with tattoos was telling a Latino in a not so nice voice, “I don’t have time to be arguing with you about …”. That was really rude and the customer was taken aback. Not so nice experience.

My only complaint was the lack of communication. I was unable to either get thru to him because his mailbox was full or when I call the main office , he was not available to take a call. I felt that 4 works days seemed a very long time to service my car.
