I had a warranty issue that eventually was covered but I had to ask 4 times and provide info off the internet to prove that it was a warranty issue. It seems that Honda of Oakland was trying to get me to pay for what was a known Honda defect despite me bringing it to their attention multiple times. Finally they agreed that they had made a mistake and it in fact, was covered.

nothing against your service managers, yet I was under the impression that the maintenance done to the car would be covered with the extra maintenance insurance I am paying for. I sure do hope my battery is covered.

John Jeffries, was amazing! I normally feel a sense of apprehension and dread, when getting work on my car done, but John took that all away immediately. He was personable, kind, friendly, and super communicative during the entire process. He kept me abreast of my car status the entire day and explained everything to me thoroughly and clearly. I’ve truly never had a better experience getting work on my car done than I did working with John, and I would make sure to ask for him personally every time I go into Oakland Honda going forward. Super awesome guy, even better experience, give that man a raise!
1 # The noise for which I took the car to the mechanic continues 2 # I am not a mechanic but just by seeing the serpentine belt is in bad condition I paid 220 dollars for them to see what was wrong with my car and they did not check that the serpentine belt is in bad condition 3 # They disconnected my dash cam 4 # They did not reset the oil light I took the car to the Honda dealer thinking that they have professional mechanics, but what happened leaves me with doubts I paid 1500 dollars and my car still has the same problem that I took it to the dealer for.
