Christina does a wonderful job and making sure that my car is taken care of and what it needs. I always use Christina because I find her she’s always on top of it and there’s never a question asked wonderful person as well as a non-nonpersonal person who deals with everyone’s car I highly recommend for everybody to use her to have their car written up for service Will make sure the service is taken care of and everything is in good condition before she has anybody go onto the road if it wasn’t for Christina I’ll probably go to Dublin of Honda but as long as Christina’s at the Oakland Honda I will continue to use you guys to do my maintenance as well as a couple of the mechanics, I’ve been a customer for over 30 years
It started out ok….got checked in around 7:10 and was told it would only be about an hour so I decided to wait there. My service advisor John Jeffries came to the waiting room about 90 minutes later to tell me it was just being finished up and he would come back to get me. I also got a text telling me it was almost dine and that I would get a phone call. 30-40 minutes later….no John, no phone call, so I walked up to John’s desk to find out what was going on. Apparently my car had been done for some time, but John forgot to come get me and who-ever was supposed to call never did either. So I waited all that extra time because I had been forgotten. That’s a loooong time to wait for simply an oil change and system check. Don’t appreciate being forgotten. As an apology John offered a free oil change next time I come in but all it is is a handwritten piece of paper…?

No I am not satisfied. Because just two days of driving the car.The high pressure fuel pump went out.And Oakland Honda didn't cover it.I bought the car 07/17/24.And I drove the car 9 mi home and parked it.I experienced a problem with the alarm. So I called the dealership and explained to them.That I'm in Federal halfway house and I would be able to bring my car in until next Saturday. So that following Saturday I drove straight to the dealership. Keep in mind that was only my second day behind the Wheel of the car.Appsolutely no one touched the before that.
