Darius was great 10 out of 10. Just wish we didnt need to bring car back same day for a related issue. Happy with result and car running well.

I really appreciate it. The Diem helped me to understand the importance of updating the transmission fluid being a priority compared to other things that I needed to get done. I’m not knowledgeable about cars and I would not have understood that on my own and I have to prioritize my spending and my maintenance to extend the life of my car. Service was excellent and timely! First time in a while that the employee in charge of communication: (1) communicated with me during the reference timeframe regarding the completion of my service; (2) did not insist that I pay for additional services driving the expected cost of maintenance up exponentially. Darius was trustworthy and polite! The cashiers were efficient and cordial!

He consistently and clearly takes his time to understand the customer, and ensures that he clarifies the problem at hand correctly. Out of everyone I have worked with through the service department here, I’ve had the best experience with Victor.
