Victor did an excellent job explaining the issues surrounding my vehicle and putting together a plan to keep my car maintenance up to date. I am happy with the timeliness of the repairs, the complimentary shuttle service and attention to detail from the main office.
Hong is the best! He calmly answered all our questions about car servicing and went the extra mile cleaning our tires. We will continue to use him as again and again!

The staff that assisted with the paperwork process were kind and helpful but I don’t know who thought it would be funny to leave a little Debbie box wrapper in the backseat of the fat girls car! Shameful honestly, because the entire car was cleaned prior to being serviced.
But also thanks for misplacing my car and keys to the “new guys”. **** because I’ve heard good things about this place only to have my first experience be not so good.
John was an excellent service advisor. He was able to identify what needed to be done with the car and I had an estimate that was accurate. He also gave me options for additional work to be done which I will be back for. I like that he was an actual mechanic and able to understand what my high mileage (280k) needed. Highly recommend. I’ll be looking for him on my next visit for service
Everyone was courteous. My issue has to do with the confusing and contradictory emails I received from the service department about the status of the service completion. When I tried to call John to get an update and clarification the phone was constantly busy - from 1:30 to 4:30. It was incredibly frustrating. You have to do better making human contact a requirement for the service technicians or managers. I left several messages with a receptionist or service person.
One day after service, the tire pressure light came on again. We also just had a flat tire fixed, last week.
Tommy is always super friendly, professional, efficient, quick, and approachable. I really appreciate how he helped me this morning with a couple of relatively simple things when I brought my car into the service center. I'll be on the road tomorrow, confident that my aging car is ready for a drive a couple of hours away.
Diem was great. He answered all of my confusing questions with a friendly attitude and took care of everything.

The service staff very polite, attentive, and accommodating. Being there early (2nd in line) was smart. My oil change+the extra overview of the car took 1+1/4hrs. Waiting in the customer waiting area had very comfortable sitting,WIFI,coffee, tea, and pastries. Such a pleasant experience.

Honda of Oakland has excellent customer service, that’s why I’ve been coming from S.F. CA. for the past approximately 20 years. and because of excellent service the intake personnel gives, they make it as pleasant as they can.
