This has been a terrible experience with Honda of Oakland. I have not received a single call about status of my car. I’ve called in 5 times over 2 days to be on hold and transferred to leave voice mail with zero call back. We missed our kids practice today because we do not have the car back. I’ve spoken to a representative who has stated the service advisor, manager have receive emails to call me and yet I have no call and now I’m leaving tomorrow and my kids do not have a car for school. I don’t know what more to say here. Zero communication
