Yes, I am satisfied with the entire service crew! Tommy Jung is the man!! But my complaint arises with the fine print … I thought that I made a deal with the closers accross the street that during my lease, all maintenance is included. The fine print reads that the maintenance only includes oil etc.

Victor was incredible! He actually informed me that my tire could be patched instead of having to buy a new tire and saved me $200. This increased the trust that I have for Honda of Oakland as Victor could have let me move forward with the more expensive option. He was honest, hospitable and had my car ready on time!

Hong presented me with a stunningly high repair estimate with no explanation or empathy. He was actually curt. It was very different than every other experience I’ve had at Oakland Honda.
