I did not receive timely updates regarding the status of my car. The texts I received told me my car was in good hands yet no one thought to update me without me reaching out multiple times. The Service manager never returned my voicemail to discuss the lack of communication. At the end of the day, I also had no resolution my concern with my car. 3 days with no car and no proactive contact. I was highly disappointed and dissatisfied with Honda Oakland Service.
Victor was extremely personable and helpful. I really appreciated the time he took to explain the services to me and was also knowledgable. He offered some helpful maintenance tips and it was clear he was concerned about customer satisfaction. I appreciated his friendliness; that is very important to me and that was the highlight of the experience. I’ve see a lot of condescending, salesy, bro behavior at other car dealerships/service providers, and Victor is the opposite. I am glad I happened to work with Victor today and can say that his customer service is top notch.
