I had worked with Tommy during my last and most recent service at Honda of Oakland. He is a clear communicator and his breakdown of all required service needs is detailed, accurate, and transparent. Tommy has an upbeat persona and engaging. He made certain I had all of my inquiries answered before leaving my car for service. I look forward to working with Tommy again in the future.

I did not like my service Representative. It felt like he was being willfully obtuse when I asked him questions and I didn’t trust him. While checking in, he was already trying to get me to add additional services to the B1 service So in the end, I really didn’t trust them when they told me the filters needed to be replaced etc. I did speak to the manager christina and I found her very helpful
