We bought the 2025 Honda cry hybrid about 2 months ago. It already has some kind of exhaust problem and 2 recalls that if we had known never would have bought the car. Hopefully they will have the part and fix it by Tuesday. My old Honda never had 1 problem. Worried I made a bad decision on buying this car.
Max was helpful and answered my questions. Any chance when I come in again he could help me learn more about my car?

Well I was initially shocked at how an oil change turned into an $1,800 bill, a closer examination later showed you charged for 100 q of oil. A manager later said oh I always look over these things and check for that. Apparently not! So two weeks later I came in and got a refund but this is a huge repeat huge red flag for me and your service department

Honestly the price of dealership care is overwhelming but because of the wonderful service Christina provide I would return to Honda. I am a five time Honda owner. I’ve been driving Hondas since I got my first car at age eighteen. I’m turning fifty-seven next month. Very loyal Honda owner.

John was very upfront and communicative throughout the day.
I bring my vehicle for 90k service. The alignment that was part of the service didn't fix the alignment. I bring it back on appointment at 845am. I was told about 2 to 3hrs. I got a txt from Taz Stewart at 3pm informing me i will get notified when my vehicle is ready. 530pm nothing.. No call. No text about my vehicle status. I called Honda service number. No answer. I thought I will get my vehicle back before 4pm at least. I didn't get my vehicle back until next late morning. Because that I missed my evening work shift and morning work shift. I didn't get a call informing me my vehicle will not be done. It's an Alignment.. It shouldn't take no more than an hour to complete.
So I'm not understand why takes 1.5 day. It was promised 2 to 3 hrs for completion. This is the worst breakdown in service I've experienced at Oakland Honda.
I really appreciate Darius fitting me in on the afternoon before Thanksgiving when I came in with a flat tire, and the car was ready earlier than expected.
John followed through on the promise to have my car fully serviced in the morning so I could get to work on time. He was responsive to my txt inquiries, ordered the shuttle to pick me up, kept me informed about the car’s status, and through consistency and predictability he gained my trust. I will request him in the future for services.
