I was quoted around an hour or so for service for a new tire to be put on. I was waiting for over 2 hours with no update until I went and asked and was informed that they were still waiting on ethos for approval. I should’ve been updated through the process and I wasn’t. I was there for over 4 hours when I should’ve only been there for maybe 2 hours. Do better with communication. Disappointed in my service.

Tyler is the greatest! I came in for my 100,000 mile checkup. He checked it out thoroughly and gave me good advice, When I come in next time, I’ll start doing some of his suggestions. He’s very nice and not pushy at all. He really cares. I’ll be back.

Dashuna was pleasant from the moment she walked up to my vehicle. She answered every question and checked on every follow up. In a word she was awesome. I had started to get a shaky feeling about Leta given the past few interactions. Deshuna's professionalism and positive demeanor wiped that all away.
