Tim is a joke. He deludes himself into thinking he knows about cars when in reality a monkey would do a better job. I have never worked with anyone so unprofessional in my entire life and I hope he starts improving his communication skills. I don’t speak caveman. (Hope this is one of the best bad reviews, I couldn’t keep a straight face while I was typing haha)

Tim was great. I was inconvenienced be the rash of illnesses that hit the technicians on Thursday afternoon. I expressed my concern that the idle shut off was not working. I was told that the valve adjustment would correct this. It did not.

You are all top notch which is why I’ve purchased multiple cars at Leta. My ONLY complaint is how difficult it is to get car wash coupons. My Leta for Life includes car washes but I can’t seem to be able to take advantage of it if I can’t get coupons. Every member I interacted with today was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. A+ service each and every time!!

Poor communication from service advisors Unnecessary wheel alignment Incomplete documentation West county Honda was my previous service provider and I trusted Joe and RJ, I don’t know any names of your service people and it seems to be someone different each time

Quoted over $500 for a small part that costs $100 or less. Seems very excessive.
