My cars mileage has dropped by almost 2-3 miles per gallon after this servicing. I don’t know what went wrong. I’ll appreciate if I can get this looked at. I don’t have any issues with Tim and he was good but my cars performance has significantly gone down after my last service.

Although I was very satisfied with the customer service, I continue to be frustrated with the battery issues on my car. The automatic idle has always been a problem, and so has the battery. It is frustrating to bring the car in for a $179 diagnostic that shows. Nothing is wrong, yet you are fully aware of my “finniky” battery. It was also frustrating to pay a $50 fee to have the battery installed after spending the $179 to tell me that nothing is wrong, but the battery will continue to not fully charge in the cold weather and when I go on short trips. I am tired of going through this process every three years. Especially since you are fully aware of the problem. Maybe, instead of spending the money on the diagnostic, you could have recommended a new battery from the start to see if that fixed my problems when starting the car. It makes me reconsider if I want another Honda/acura when I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years.

I called in advance to confirm parts for a recall were in stock. Oh yes, we have lots of parts and so I scheduled an appointment. I get there and no parts. It wasn’t Timothy’s fault. Not happy!!

Tyler always goes a great job I feel he goes above and beyond making sure we are given extremely good service! He keeps us updated and checks to see on any prior issues that need to be resolved or recalled. I trust him completely to make the best decisions for my car and my daughter feels the same way too! She would not want anyone but Tyler dealing with her car.
