Tim was fine to work with. My only critique would be the inspection of the vehicle. Overall the inspection found valid issues however, the passenger headlight was blown and that was not found. That signals that some portions of the inspection was pencil wiped. Like I said overall valid issues were identified.

Shauna didn’t do anything extraordinary, she simply did her job in a very pleasant manner and was a breath of fresh air. The service department was very busy when they opened at 7 am and a few employees showed their frustration, but not Shauna. She kept a positive attitude, was patient, kept me informed and is the type of representative I prefer to deal with. I will request Shauna on my next service visit. Thank you Shauna and happy holidays to all!$

DeShuna was excellent from start to finish. Genuinely friendly, upbeat, and interested. I saw her w the customer ahead of me as well. She is knowledgeable and really good with people. I thought all of the staff I encountered was great and she was outstanding.
