Prompt, friendly professional service
Dashauna was great. Came in for an oil change / check etc. Recall was needed and they kept having problems updating the computer or something. Said my car was ready. When I left the dashboard says unable to update, contact the dealer. It does this every time I restart the car so I don't know how they didn't notice it before they said it was finished. I didn't have time to go back because the oil change visit had already taken 3 hours. I will need to reschedule another visit to have it fixed properly

Trying to make an appointment was difficult for starters. It started with the hours of operation. Your shuttle started were a different time than originally spoke to several people who were supposed to contact me back about the actual times of the shuttle, which nobody ever did contacted me back when I made the appointment I stated I needed a shuttle. Give them the address when I get there. I’m asked you’re waiting for it. We’ll have it done in 30 minutes. I stated I requested a shuttle because I have to be at work in 30 minutes if I wait for the car, I will be late so apparently that wasn’t notated. Then the receptionist got upset because of my tone. I just did not understand why I was being asked a question when I specifically had requested a specific service it just did not make sense to me then the shuttle shows up to pick me up at the wrong address. I’m waiting at work standing outside and she was sent to my home address and actually is my old home address because I sold the house in September so I’m waiting for my car I’m wasting time on my break which is my lunch break which is enough time to go get my car and back at this point and not able to get any food. I was very disappointed in the servers. I got this time.

It took over 15 minutes to check in while I sat in the car. Once checked in, it took over 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I spent just under 2 hours for a simple service.

The text messaging of service offerings after multi-point inspection did not give me an option to approve or deny work, which put me in limbo mode. When I called 2x I did not get a call back. So I finally drove in to clear things up and get my car back.
The service department was great and very friendly, but I still hear the sound I brought it in for. The work order says "tire noise" but it is very loud when I drive over 35 miles an hour. My car sounds like a chainsaw at that speed
You said the car was ready, i showed up and it was worse than when i brought it in. You gave me a loaner car for 3 hours because of it. Said you wouldn't charge my card and you did. Was not a good experience for me yesterday.
Service was completed quickly and Advisor was great to deal with and technician protected cleanliness of vehicle.
Stevie was great. The work was thorough. Enjoyed the spaciousness of the waiting area. The Letas granddaughter was a joy to talk with Stevie was helpful- patient with me as I no longer can move very fast- explained things to me.
