The communication was lacking, almost every timeline I was given was not met. This effected my new jobs start date and caused me to lose money in the end.

Been a GM customer my whole life. My son bought an Acura for his first car and been to Frank Leta twice now, both time excellent service. Told my wife yesterday that your guys service might make me a Honda person

Tim was very honest and worked with me to make sure my car was fixed. He was able to get the remanufactured engine into my car that I recently bought from Frank Leta. He made sure that I was in a loaner car, and even though it took almost 2 months, everything was taken care of, and I feel truly blessed! The only issue that I had was that somebody had ran into the loaner car as it was parked, and now I have to pay $1000 deductible for my insurance to cover it. I made a police report, but there were no cameras in the parking lot where the other car hit the loaner car and the driver left the scene. I would definitely recommend Frank Leta and Tim because everyone there did what was right and repaired my vehicle!

Did not appreciate the attempt to upsell by loyalty rep after checking in. Comment regarding our car that “we don’t see a lot of these” was off putting. Also the attempt to add on $3300 in extra services as part of the check out process was annoying. Most important, I asked the advisor about the recall on this vehicle (23V-848) to replace the fuel pump module and she said there wasn’t any recall on the vehicle. Just simply not acceptable service.

Staff very professional and intent on resolving issue with vehicle. Both service advisor and maintenance personnel displayed significant interest in thoroughly documenting and ensuring problem would be resolved. Extremely pleased with professionalism displayed and helpful attitude.

I waited 3 over hours for an oil change today. The people in the waiting area changed over twice while I was still there. Then the price was higher than other places and no discounts offered.

Tyler was fine but either you never recorded when you put in the previous battery or your computer system misplaced the file. As a result the 100 month battery I thought I was getting became a 74 month battery.
