I came in with a concern about the possibility of my new van’s transmission acting slightly jerky when shifting and I was reassured that all was okay with the vehicle and that it was normal for a 10-speed automatic transmission to act in that way. I walked out with new information that helped eased my concern. Thank you to Leigha and the service team for helping me with this matter.

When we came to pick up our car. The window was open and the key was left in the car. I was bothered by the fact that anybody can come and get my car drive away.

Went to gat a all change and they send me a video of all the other things that I need done. The video and estimates they, send you are supposed to be a breakdown of exactly what you need and the prices. I decided that I would get some of the stuff done and they quoted me a price. Dan, the representative call me back later. And tell me that the price was almost a $500 increase because they left labor out of the estimate. How can they leave something that important out of a video? Estimate that they send you which is supposed to be accurate. I was very upset because I agree to the price they had quoting me. The first time and then for them to call with a five hundred dollar increase was absolutely absurd. Is not surprising because this is a type of customer service.You get there. Then, when I told the service advisor how unfair it was?She repeatedly tried to make excuses. Then, I asked if I could speak with management, and she said they wouldn't be back for a week and no management was available, which was very strange being a big company like this. Only reason I come here is because it's the only Honda dealership. That's close by my house. When I went to the Honda dealership in Hazelwood, I never had these type of problem.

Tyler was great! He was extremely friendly and respectful. He explained everything that was done to my vehicle with pricing and also give me the schedule of maintenance that I need for my car with estimates. I was very impressed with the service and will definitely be back.

Advisor was crabby. You could tell she didn't want to be working and didnt thank me and I felt like she was not listening to my questions or concerns.

Very quick and efficient. Only feedback I have is the oil life index and tire pressure calibration were not reset after the service. I had to do that myself. Would be a bonus if the tech took the time to do it.

So far I’m very happy with everything!!!
