Randy was fantastic , and I had to have him explain services needing to be done. That info was NOT clear to me on my phone . Randy was wonderful . No problems at all . So please TALK with the customer !!!!!!

She is the best service provider I have dealt with at Let’s since i bought the car. I do feel like the promises made to us when we bought the Pilot have not been honored . We were told we would get free car washes for the life of the car .. not Leta no longer washes the car and instead give out coupons which requires another transaction and they charge extra to clean the mats … Leta used to clean the mats but now my “free “ car wash costs me extra money to get it completely clean , plus a tip!!! Not very happy about this

She did very well and was very friendly but does have all of my vehicle information wrong and didn’t verify it was the right car and right Vin number for the vehicle. I am also at fault for not checking that before leaving. But she did a wonderful job friendly and nice and went over everything with me about it
