Hey... first time I was ever at Frank Leta Honda. I needed my state inspections done after a three-month repair on my Honda. I was a tad late to my appointment, but Danielle got me in and going just fine. It was a great experience and I will be back, even though you are a tad out of my area.

I had an excellent experience working with Tyler. He kept me informed throughout the entire service process, regularly updating me on the status of my truck so I always knew what was going on. He also took the time to explain all of my maintenance options clearly, without any pressure, which made it easy to make informed decisions. Tyler’s professionalism, communication, and customer service were outstanding. Hats off to Tyler for making the experience smooth and stress free.

New ignition system no remote key t0 lock or unlock the vehicle nor open the tailgate. Very unhappy. I was called by Tim to set up an installation appointment. When I arrived checked in,went to the waiting area, Tim came out to tell me although the part was received,it was returned to Honda. Had to reorder and reschedule. 3 hours for a $1500.00 installation with a new system that is useless. After doing business with Fran Leta over 30 years, service has become awful!

Quickly came out and greeted me at my vehicle with a smile! Informative but not pushy with recommended services. Informed right away when vehicle was completed and was very pleasant!

Once again, Tyler was very helpful, the services I asked for were done very well and in a timely manner. I was worried about a sound the car was making, and they checked it and found it was the tires. I feel better about that now.

We were told that the diagnostic charge would be $180 plus taxes but they ended up adding another $27 for miscellaneous charges and deductions and shop supplies. All they did for us was test drive the car so the price did not end up being $180 plus taxes.
