I had a concern regarding the heat coming from my vents near the steering wheel even when the weather was cool. The heat was pouring out which made a long distance ride uncomfortable. Zach (salesman) and Tim took care of the problem once I informed them of it. I really appreciate their help in the matter-great job and great service.

Still waiting to hear back from the warranty service company (you sold me at your dealership). Why is this taking so long? I call and left Sam a VM today have not heard back. So not impressed v

Leigha took great care of me while I was trying to get into work. My tire had another idea. was able to get my car in not only to fix the tire, but they did an oil change while I waited as well at their recommendation to save me time that was greatly appreciated.

I was completely satisfied with the service on that date, however, I am extremely concerned about the amount of work that needs to be done to my Honda after having it for only a little over a year. I found out about this work one day before I was due to give birth, so I really couldn’t put much thought into it. Danielle was fantastic to work with and the service department and try to help me as much as she could. I was expecting a phone call from an associate to try to work on how we can get the repairs made. I am certain that I agreed to a warranty to cover a repair needed for the driver side door, but it does not seem to be in place. again, Danielle and service was fantastic, reassuring, and understanding of how I was feeling with the news of the repairs needed. I would love to follow up to see how to move forward though!

Working with Randy is a big reason I bring my 5 vehicles to Leta. I have work with Randy now for about 15 years. He helps the family with maintenance needed and what is due and can wait till the next visit and explains why. The girls are trusting of his opinion. He is a real asset to your company.

I’m a loyal customer to Frank Leta Honda because of 1 person — Randy in the service department. He is hands down the most trustworthy and customer-focused advisor I’ve ever worked with. Randy is honest, explains everything clearly, never pushes unnecessary work, and always looks out for what’s best for the customer. In an industry where it can be hard to know who to trust, Randy operates with true integrity. I specifically request him every time because I know my vehicle — and my wallet — are in good hands. Frank Leta Honda is fortunate to have him.

Mr. Gibson was very helpful. You got anything that could be better would be if I could have gotten the batteries at the Auto Mall instead of having to drive all the way back down to Frank Lita Acura shop.
